What a special day for our U14 hurlers as they were crowned Division 4 Champions after a thrilling final in Rathcairn.
After a slow start, our lads showed incredible character to stay in the contest. They never stopped believing, continued to work tirelessly for one another and produced a fantastic finish that reflected everything this team has stood for throughout the season.
Their determination, resilience and teamwork were there for everyone to see and they were rewarded with a well deserved victory.
This success is about so much more than winning a final.
It is a reward for every training session, every challenge overcome and every ounce of effort these young players have given throughout the year. It is a credit to a management team who have dedicated countless hours to developing not only better hurlers but a fantastic group of young people.
