Another busy week for our juvenile teams with fantastic football, camogie and community spirit on display across the club.

Wednesday

Our U12 girls welcomed Simonstown for their rescheduled Division 3 fixture. It was a fantastic match with wonderful football skills and teamwork throughout. The girls moved the ball confidently and worked tirelessly for one another, producing an excellent team performance. A special well done to our U11 girls who joined the squad and played their part.

Thursday

Our U9 camogie girls were in action against three Ratoath teams and produced some brilliant displays. The improvement in their striking, lifting and overall teamwork continues to shine through each week. Well done to all the girls involved, with special mentions from the coaches for Alannah K, Alannah B, Sarah, Lily, Emma and Hannah.

Also on Thursday evening, our U13 LGFA girls travelled to St. Michael's for their Division 3 semi-final. The girls delivered a superb team performance, full of energy, determination and work rate, earning their place in the county final. A fantastic achievement and a reward for all their hard work throughout the season.

Friday

Our U11 girls were back in action in their latest Go Games fixture. These matches continue to provide valuable opportunities for players to develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy their football. Well done to all the girls involved.

Friday evening also marked a special milestone for three of our newest referees. Jamie, Isobel and Isabelle took charge of their first Go Games fixtures and did a fantastic job. It is great to see young club members stepping forward and getting involved in officiating. Thanks to Catherine, also refereeing on the night who has represented the club as a referee for a number of years and continues to be a wonderful role model and mentor to our younger whistlers as they begin their own refereeing journeys.

Well done to all our players, coaches, referees and families for another excellent week. The future of Blackhall Gaels continues to look very bright both on and off the field.
