Our U13 Camogie team took to the field on Sunday in the Division E Final against Donaghmore Ashbourne, and while the result didn't go our way, the girls can be immensely proud of their performance.
From the first whistle to the last, they showed tremendous determination, teamwork and character, never giving up and continuing to battle for every ball. Reaching a county final is a significant achievement and reflects the hard work, commitment and dedication these girls have shown throughout the season.
As a club, we are incredibly proud of this group. They represent everything that is positive about Blackhall Gaels through their attitude, sportsmanship and willingness to work for one another. While finals don't always end with the result you hope for, the journey, friendships and memories created along the way are just as important.
A sincere thank you to our coaches and mentors for the countless hours they give to developing and encouraging the players throughout the year. Thank you also to the parents and families for their continued support, and to everyone who travelled to support the girls on the day.
To our players, keep believing in yourselves, keep working hard and keep enjoying your camogie. The future is bright, and this final is another important step in your journey.
Well done girls. The entire Blackhall Gaels community is proud of you. ππ
