U18 Minor Football | 7s Tournament, Moynalvey
Our U18 Minor Footballers, and amalgamated team of Blackhall and Kilbride lads, travelled to Moynalvey on Wednesday night for the latest round of the 7s Tournament, finishing with two wins and two losses against strong opposition.

Despite the challenging weather conditions, the lads embraced the occasion and adapted well to the different format, rules and skills that come with 7-a-side football.
With several of our older players unavailable due to Leaving Cert commitments, it was fantastic to see the younger members of the panel step up and make their mark throughout the evening. Their attitude, commitment and teamwork were evident in every game and they represented the club with great pride.
The tournament provided a valuable learning experience for the squad, and there were plenty of positives to take from the night's football. We now look forward to the next round on Monday.
Well done to all the players and management, and thank you to the parents and supporters who travelled and braved the weather to cheer on the boys.
