Maynooth Community College took part in the U15 All-Ireland LGFA Super 9s Tournament, organised by St. Michael’s Loreto School in Dunganny, Co. Meath, on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026.
The team, made up of both 1st and 2nd year students, delivered an outstanding performance throughout the day. There was also fantastic representation from Blackhall Gaels, whose players played a key role in the team’s success.
MCC progressed impressively to the final, defeating Athboy Community School in the quarter-final and Mount Sackville in the semi-final. They went on to claim victory in the Shield Final against Manor House, capping off a brilliant campaign.
We are delighted for Maynooth Community College on their achievement and especially proud of our Blackhall players, who continue to represent the club with great skill, pride, and courage.
