This talk by John Lark on the importance of proper nutrition and hydration is ideal for all managers, coaches and players within the club.

John is founder and Managing Director of Fitness and Health Services Ltd and creator of the Sphere Fitness Solution. A Masters graduate from Loughborough University, he is an expert in nutrition, a Neuromuscular Therapist and a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

He is a former England Youth International Rugby player and has played as a professional in both the UK and Ireland. He is currently first team captain at Barnhall Rugby Club.
